Partner sessions are the most popular and efficient. During your session Smart Bodies may schedule another person to work out with you and trainer. All trainers are experienced in giving two different personalized workouts at the same time, with each client reaching a separate goal.
One-On-One Sessions
One-On-One sessions are for those with highly advanced fitness goals or those who require specific medical attention.
Spinning is a hyperaerobic stationary bike workout first introduced on the West Coast. The class consists of a certified instructor guiding you physically & verbally through a journey on your bike. This class usually lasts 60 minutes with pace setting music. You will be guided through hills, speed sessions and various pedaling routes. It's one of the best cardiovascular workouts you can get. Don't worry, each class is catered to be a great workout whether you are advanced or if it's your first time.
Nutritional Counseling
Smart Eating at Smart Bodies is a one on one nutritional consultation where we design an eating plan for you guaranteeing that you reach your fitness goals. This is necessary to get the most out of your personal training sessions. The computerized nutritional plan we design for you comes with a schedule of what and when to eat based on your body type and personal life-style.
